General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jlibdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jlibdt website located at https://jlibdt.net, including all associated services, betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

By completing the registration process and creating a jlibdt account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any jlibdt service.

jlibdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will display a prominent notice on the platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the jlibdt platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the jlibdt brand, including but not limited to: live casino games, RNG slot games, sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and esports), crash games, promotional bonuses, and loyalty or VIP reward schemes. Where a specific product or promotion carries its own supplementary terms, those supplementary terms will apply alongside (and, in the event of a direct conflict, in priority over) these general Terms.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to real-money gaming and betting services on jlibdt is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. This is an absolute requirement. jlibdt does not permit access to any real-money feature — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — by any person under the age of 18, regardless of local law in any jurisdiction that may set a different minimum age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, in your own name, for your own personal entertainment. Use of jlibdt services on behalf of a third party, corporation, or group is not permitted.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or agent of jlibdt, nor an immediate family member of any such person. Employees and related persons are prohibited from holding player accounts.
• Online gambling is not unlawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of jlibdt is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

jlibdt employs age verification as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. A valid government-issued identity document — such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — will be required before a player's first withdrawal is approved. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

Players who provide false or misleading information regarding their age or identity during the registration or KYC process will have their accounts permanently closed. Any balance remaining in such accounts will be forfeited, and jlibdt may report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Account Registration and Security

To access real-money services on jlibdt, you must complete the registration process and create a single player account. The following rules govern the creation and ongoing maintenance of your jlibdt account:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold one and only one registered account on jlibdt. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, or a shared IP address — is strictly prohibited. jlibdt uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts.
• Accurate information required. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current address (Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, or elsewhere), phone number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account security is your responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access the platform using your account.
• Two-factor authentication. jlibdt offers SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA). We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your account as an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
• Report unauthorised access immediately. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily freezing the account pending investigation.

jlibdt is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, sharing your details with a third party, or accessing your account on an unsecured or shared device.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All jlibdt accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals; the amount you send via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay is the amount credited to your account wallet, and the amount you request for withdrawal is the amount dispatched to your nominated payment method, subject to the rules below.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit set by jlibdt, though your chosen payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may impose its own daily transaction limits.
• jlibdt does not charge a processing fee on deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are outside jlibdt's control and are your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your account wallet in real time upon confirmed receipt. In the rare event of a delay, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• jlibdt accepts deposits via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limit are subject to your account's verification status and VIP tier, as detailed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.
• KYC verification — submission and approval of a valid government-issued photo ID — is required before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement; once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional documentation unless triggered by a fraud or AML review.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) are processed within one to three banking days.
• Withdrawals may only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name. jlibdt will not dispatch funds to a third-party account under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus balance must be either wagered to completion or forfeited before a withdrawal can be requested. You may forfeit a bonus from your account dashboard without contacting support.

Bonuses and Promotions

jlibdt offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting enhanced odds promotions. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's supplementary terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility. Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above who meet the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion. jlibdt reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion, including where it suspects abuse of the bonus system.
• Wagering requirements. All bonus credit is subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means that bonus credit of ৳1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement must generate ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before any winnings derived from that bonus can be converted to withdrawable real-money credit.
• Game contribution rates. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Typically: slots contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%–25%; sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%. The exact contribution table for each promotion is published in that promotion's supplementary terms.
• Expiry. Bonus credit and associated wagering requirements expire within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account, unless the promotion states a shorter or longer period. Expired bonus credit is forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per promotion per player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Abuse and fraud. jlibdt employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, low-variance play designed purely to satisfy wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, and use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. Where abuse is detected, jlibdt reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

jlibdt reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its withdrawal will be allowed to complete the promotion under its original terms, provided no abuse has occurred.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By registering and using jlibdt, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment through lawful online gaming and sports betting — and to comply with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating more than one account on jlibdt, whether in your own name or in any other name.
• Accessing the jlibdt platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and using a VPN, proxy, or similar service to circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, navigate the casino lobby, or exploit any feature of the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that manipulates the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed via jlibdt.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity — including money laundering — to make deposits. jlibdt operates a robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programme and reports suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jlibdt support staff or other players in any communication channel, including live chat and email.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the jlibdt source code, database, or back-end systems by any means.

jlibdt's determination that prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Players who believe an action has been taken in error may contact our support team at [email protected] to submit a formal dispute, which will be reviewed under our complaints procedure within 10 business days.

Account Suspension and Closure

jlibdt accounts may be suspended or permanently closed by either the player or by jlibdt under the circumstances described below.

Player-initiated closure: You may close your jlibdt account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your nominated payment method. Bonus credit is forfeited on closure. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please refer to our Responsible Gaming page for self-exclusion options, which carry stronger protections than a standard account closure.

jlibdt-initiated suspension: jlibdt may suspend your account — temporarily or permanently — in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• A request from a regulatory authority, financial intelligence unit, or law enforcement agency.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Identification of a duplicate account associated with your name, device, or payment method.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by you with your payment provider.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jlibdt will not process withdrawal requests until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms breach, any balance may be forfeited at jlibdt's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. jlibdt will attempt to contact the registered email address 30 days before imposing a dormancy maintenance fee of ৳200 per month on any remaining real-money balance, as permitted under our licence. Accounts with a zero balance will be archived after 24 months of inactivity.

Limitation of Liability

jlibdt provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, security infrastructure, and uptime monitoring to deliver a high-quality experience to players across Bangladesh, we do not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlibdt's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlibdt shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of winnings arising from platform downtime, game malfunctions, or service interruptions, except where such losses are directly caused by jlibdt's proven negligence.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in odds, prices, or game outcomes caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, subject to the voiding and re-settlement procedures described in the sports betting rules.
• Any loss arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, telecommunications outages, power failures, government actions, or any event outside jlibdt's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jlibdt's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlibdt regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
